Stillwater Yoga
A conversion-focused one-page site for a boutique yoga studio -- built to turn quiet curiosity into booking inquiries, without bolting on software the studio would have to maintain.

The brief
Stillwater is a small studio with a warm, unhurried ethos -- the opposite of hustle-wellness. The site needed to do one job well: take over someone curious about trying yoga and move them to reach out, without overwhelming them or pretending to be a booking platform the studio didn't have.
The approach
One calm vertical scroll on Shopify's Horizon theme -- hero, philosophy, gallery, class schedule, memberships, and booking inquiry form. Every section funnels toward the same conversion point. Rather than add a third-party scheduling app the studio would have to manage, the booking form is scoped honestly as an inquiry: it captures interest and class preference, then the studio follows up personally. That mirrors how the studio actually runs and keeps the site low-maintenance.
What was built
- Custom section: editor-editable image gallery
- Editable auto-grouping weekly schedule (staff add a class and pick its day; the grid organizes itself)
- Three-tier membership block with class allowances and a highlighted plan
- Native booking inquiry form that lands in the studio's inbox with no app required
The outcome
Everything was built to be edited by a non-technical studio owner -- class times, prices, photos, and copy all editable from the Shopify theme editor. No apps to manage, no fragile integrations. The site should still be easy to run a year from now.
